TidyMonk provides data cleaning, standardisation, and preparation tools designed to help teams transform inconsistent data into analysis-ready datasets.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. TidyMonk does not claim ownership of any data you upload or process through our service. We process your data solely to provide the service you requested.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance. All prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

TidyMonk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.
